Fruit Frozen Materials;
10 Strawberries
1 Peach (Blackberries can also be used)
1 Banana
2 Glasses of Yogurt
3 Tablespoons of Honey
½ Cup Grated Coconut
1 packet of vanilla
For the above;
100 g Melted Dark Chocolate
Fruit Frozen Preparation:
All fruits are chopped into small cubes. Mix yoghurt, honey, vanillin and coconut thoroughly in a bowl. Fruits are added to the mixture. Place baking paper on a flat tray and spread the mixture. After it remains in the freezer for 1 hour, it is decorated with long stripes of melted chocolate. It is served after remaining in the freezer for another hour. You can also use red forest fruits instead of peaches and bananas.
