Materials;
500 g Labneh Cheese
200 ml Cream
1.5 Cups of Sugar
4 tablespoons of flour
4 Eggs and 1 Egg Yolk
1 packet of vanilla
For the bottom base:
2 Packs of Oatmeal Biscuits
100 g Melted Butter
For the sauce:
250 g Forest Fruit
5 Tablespoons of sugar
2 Tablespoons of Starch (dissolved with 1 tea glass of water)
1 Glass of Water
1 packet of vanilla
Preparation: Put the biscuits and butter in the rondo. All ingredients for the sauce are added and boiled. After taking it off the stove, add vanilla. The springform mold is oiled and the biscuit base is added to it. Whisk labneh cheese in a bowl for 3 minutes. The cream is also whipped in a bowl and the two are combined and whipped with sugar. Add the eggs one by one and continue whisking. Finally, flour and vanilla are added and beaten for another 3 minutes. Cover the mold with foil to prevent the mixture from spilling. The mortar is poured into the mold and tapped on the counter. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes, then for 10 minutes at 160 degrees. It waits in the oven for 1 hour and the door is not opened. There must be water in a container inside the oven. If it doesn’t move when shaken when it comes out of the oven, the cheesecake is ready. After it cools down, it is decorated with sauce and served.
